1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using KeepLink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
KeepLink is a URL shortening service with UTM parameter builder. It allows registered users to create short links, save UTM templates, and manage their links through a personal dashboard.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use KeepLink to:
- Shorten URLs pointing to illegal content, malware, phishing sites, or content that violates third-party rights.
- Generate spam or unsolicited communications.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any service limitations.
- Impersonate other users or entities.
- Use the service through automated means without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@keeplink.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Plans and Payments
KeepLink offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro, Business). Paid plans are managed through Gumroad. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Gumroad account. Refunds are handled in accordance with Gumroad's refund policy and applicable EU consumer law (14-day right of withdrawal).
6. Link Expiration
Free plan links expire after 7 days. Pro and Business plan links do not expire unless manually deleted. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from link expiration.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Registered users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
